<p>Bank of Palestine offers Mobile Banking services to its customers, allowing them to easily interact with the bank, manage their accounts, and perform various banking transactions using their smartphones or tablets. With this convenient service, customers can handle their banking needs without the need to visit a bank branch.</p>
<p>The following services are currently available through Bank of Palestine's Mobile Banking:</p>
<ol>
  <li>Self-registration using your debit card information</li>
  <li>Inquiry about account balance and details</li>
  <li>Inquiry about card balances</li>
  <li>Settlement of credit card accounts</li>
  <li>Adding credit card balance</li>
  <li>Stopping a stolen card</li>
  <li>Changing the main account linked to your debit card</li>
  <li>Transferring funds between customer accounts</li>
  <li>Transferring funds to other accounts within the bank or internationally (accounts must be pre-defined through Online Banking)</li>
  <li>Paying bills for various services such as mobile phone, electricity, and university fees</li>
  <li>Paying friends within Bank of Palestine Group using their registered mobile phone numbers</li>
  <li>Checking AlWasata Portfolio through the app</li>
  <li>Managing the new loyalty program PointCom</li>
  <li>Participating in the Ana Ow Shatarti campaign</li>
  <li>Subscribing to the BOP saving campaign "Tawfeerkom"</li>
  <li>Converting Loyalty Points to Cash in the PointCom campaign</li>
  <li>Topping up the PalPay wallet (Mahfazati)</li>
  <li>Paying to merchants</li>
  <li>Managing accounts (adding, closing, activating)</li>
  <li>Becoming a Bank of Palestine customer</li>
  <li>Accessing new Manage Beneficiaries screens</li>
  <li>Deleting accounts/subscriptions</li>
  <li>Facility follow-up</li>
</ol>
