3. Inquiry about card balances
4. Settlement of credit card accounts
5. Adding credit card balance
6. Stopping a stolen card
7. Changing the main account linked to your debit card
8. Transferring funds between customer accounts
9. Transferring funds to other accounts within the bank or internationally (accounts must be pre-defined through Online Banking)
10. Paying bills for various services such as mobile phone, electricity, and university fees
11. Paying friends within Bank of Palestine Group using their registered mobile phone numbers
12. Checking AlWasata Portfolio through the app
13. Managing the new loyalty program PointCom
14. Participating in the Ana Ow Shatarti campaign
15. Subscribing to the BOP saving campaign "Tawfeerkom"
16. Converting Loyalty Points to Cash in the PointCom campaign
17. Topping up the PalPay wallet (Mahfazati)
18. Paying to merchants
19. Managing accounts (adding, closing, activating)
20. Becoming a Bank of Palestine customer
